normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>龍巖新東陽環(huán)保凈化有限公司位于龍巖市新羅區(qū)鐵山鎮(zhèn)林邦村洋坑，公司主要采用先進的垃圾焚燒技術，對城市生活垃圾進行減量化、資源化和無害化處理的環(huán)保工程。龍巖新東陽環(huán)保凈化有限公司2025年10月-2026年9月年度日常保潔、門衛(wèi)、食堂、全廠綠化養(yǎng)護及綠植租賃服務服務期為一年，即自2025年10月01日起至2026年9月30日止，具體內(nèi)容詳見技術規(guī)范書。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本項目招標范圍包括但不限于龍巖垃圾發(fā)電廠室外道路、廁所、門崗、室外公共場所、室內(nèi)參觀通道、室內(nèi)普通通道、平臺、樓道、室內(nèi)功能性房間（集控室、辦公室、運行休息室、會議室、工會活動室、檢修休息室等）、綠地等廠內(nèi)區(qū)域的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生質量和管理要求。門崗及食堂服務。全廠綠化養(yǎng)護及綠植租賃。具體內(nèi)容詳見技術規(guī)范書。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.4 投標人具有清潔（保潔）服務資質或物業(yè)管理相關服務資質；【證明文件：提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照或國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)截圖（經(jīng)營范圍包含保潔（清潔）服務或物業(yè)管理）或服務資質證書（由環(huán)衛(wèi)行業(yè)協(xié)會或建筑物清潔委員會或清潔行業(yè)協(xié)會及其他具有保潔資質審核資格單位/協(xié)會頒發(fā)的清潔（保潔）服務資質證書】；
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.5投標人應具有良好的銀行資信和商業(yè)信譽，沒有處于被責令停業(yè)或破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)，且資產(chǎn)未被重組、接管和凍結，在近3年內(nèi)沒有發(fā)生過重大質量事故，以及在近5年內(nèi)不曾在任何合同中違約或被逐或因報價人的原因而使任何合同被解除；【證明文件：提供資信承諾函（詳見格式1-9 資信承諾函）,加蓋投標人公章】；
