normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>深能汕尾紅海灣六海上風電項目位于廣東省汕尾市附近海域，場址面積62km2，水深40.7m至46.6m，場址中心離岸距離33km。本項目總規劃容量為500MW，擬安裝34臺15MW風機，總容量為510MW，擬建設一座500kV海上升壓站和一座500kV海上無功補償站。34臺風機通過8回66kV集電海纜匯集至升壓站，升壓站通過1回500kV海纜，經過無功補償站后送至登陸點，登陸點位于深汕合作區小漠鎮，送出海纜路由約93.74km。深汕合作區小漠鎮大澳村小漠電廠西北側新建一座集控中心，集控中心解口華潤小漠電廠至500kV深汕站線路接入電網（最終以電網公司接入系統方案批復意見為準）。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>深能汕尾紅海灣六海上風電項目設備監造服務采購項目招標范圍為對風機設備（含塔筒）、66KV海底電纜及500KV海底電纜、變壓器、GIS、高壓電抗器的部件、原材料和附件的制造、檢驗及包裝過程中的進度、質量進行制造過程監督和控制，定期（周、月）提交監造報告，項目結束后提供監造總結報告，配合招標人創國家優質工程獎。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.1 投標人應為響應招標、參加投標競爭的中華人民共和國境內注冊的企業法人或其他組織，且具有獨立訂立合同的權力。（證明文件：提供有效的營業執照或其他主體證明文件復印件，加蓋投標人公章或電子章）

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.3 投標人自2015年8月1日起至投標截止日（以合同簽訂日期為準），至少具有1項已投運的200MW及以上海上風電項目主要設備(至少包括海上風電項目風機設備（含塔筒）、主變、GIS、高抗、海底電纜）的監造業績。（證明文件：提供清晰的包括合同封面、合同主要內容（須包括上述主要設備）、合同簽署時間、簽字蓋章頁、投運證明等關鍵信息的業績合同復印件，加蓋投標人公章或電子章）
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.4 投標人擬為本項目委派的總監造工程師須同時滿足以下要求：
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）具有注冊設備監理師資格證書且為投標人正式員工；
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:12.0pt; line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>（2）自2015年8月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽訂日期為準）擔任過至少1個海上風電項目的總監造工程師業績且項目已投運。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:12.05pt; line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>（證明文件：提供有效期內的證書復印件、業績合同復印件（須清晰的體現合同封面、合同主要內容、合同簽署時間、簽字蓋章頁、投運證明以及設備監造總監造工程師的崗位職責等關鍵信息，若業績合同無法體現設備監造總監造工程師的崗位職責，則須提供用戶蓋章證明文件）以及投標人為其繳納的2025年05月-2025年07月的社保證明材料，加蓋投標人公章或電子章）
