項目一：龍華能源生態園項目
焚燒爐配置：4×900噸/日焚燒線。
煙氣處理方式：采用“SNCR爐內脫硝+半干法+干法脫酸+活性炭噴射吸附＋袋式除塵+SCR脫硝”煙氣凈化工藝。
汽輪發電機組配置：2×80MW凝汽式汽輪發電機組。
年運行時間：不低于8000小時/年。
項目二：克拉瑪依生活垃圾焚燒發電項目
機械爐排焚燒爐：1x400t/d；自然循環余熱鍋爐：1x29.2t/h，6.7MPa/485℃。
汽輪發電機配置：配置1臺8MW凝汽式汽輪發電機組。
煙氣處理方式：SNCR爐內脫硝+碳酸氫鈉干粉噴射+半干法脫酸+熟石灰干粉噴射+活性炭噴射吸附+袋式除塵器+SCR脫硝。
年運行小時數：8000小時。

normal style='margin-left:11.95pt;text-indent:11.3pt;line-height: 150%'>③簽訂時間：2015年08月01日至投標截止時間；
④合同金額：不低于300萬元。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:12.0pt; line-height:150%'> ②報告出具單位/機構：國家變壓器質量監督檢驗中心（沈陽變壓器研究院變壓器實驗室）、國家電器產品質量監督檢驗中心（蘇州電器科學研究院股份有限公司）、電力工業電氣設備質量檢驗測試中心或國家節能產品質量監督檢驗中心等機構出具的變壓器檢驗報告；

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>1)本次投標采用深圳能源集團電子招標投標平臺（以下簡稱“深能招標平臺”）電子投標（簡稱“線上”）方式。中標候選人須同時制作一份紙質版投標文件并在中標候選人公示當日通過郵寄方式寄送到招標人處存檔備查（紙質文件與電子平臺版本如有矛盾的，以上傳電子招標投標平臺的電子版本為準，寄出當日應向招標人及招標代理郵件方式提供快遞單號）。
normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>2)投標人在購買招標文件前須在深圳能源集團電子招標投標平臺完成注冊登記并審核通過，投標人要為注冊登記預留足夠的時間，由于投標人自身原因，截至招標文件發售時間尚未完成注冊登記審核，造成無法及時進行標書購買，后果由投標人自行承擔。
