normalIndent style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>招標范圍：二期升壓區域、#3、#4號機循環水泵房、汽機房0米、汽機房8.5米、汽機房17米、爐給煤機平臺（含鍋爐17米）、磨煤機區域、鍋爐房0米、鍋爐、汽機及保安配電室，#3號機10kV配電室、#3、#4電子間、一期、二期集控室區域、T5轉運站以及特殊材料庫等區域的環氧自流坪施工、設備基礎臺修復、警示線涂刷、安全目視化標識刷漆、文化墻、設備管理展板、標識標牌、外立面建筑物樓宇名標識牌的設計、制作、安裝等。具體詳見“第八章 技術規范書”。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.2投標人2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽訂時間為準）至少有1項安全生產目視化項目的實施業績（提供業績證明文件合同復印件并加蓋投標人公章或電子章，證明文件中須清晰體現包括合同封面、簽訂時間、簽字蓋章頁以及能清晰顯示與業績要求相關的技術參數的關鍵頁)。
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.3投標截止時間前，投標人未被列入信用中國網站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）嚴重失信、經營異常名單（證明文件：投標人無需提供證明文件，以評標委員會在開標當日的“信用中國”網站查詢結果為準）。

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>7）開標：在開標時間各投標人通過“深能招投標平臺”進行線上開標，投標人需準備好數字證書（CA證書）、網絡及電腦，在開標時間用CA解密標書。操作詳見辦事指南。投標人未在規定的投標截止時間前完成投標文件上傳并簽到，或未及時解密投標文件，或加密投標文件解密失敗后未及時上傳非加密投標文件，均視為投標人放棄投標。
