normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>深圳市深能環(huán)保城市環(huán)境服務(wù)有限公司南山項目垃圾壓縮箱已使用5年，在運營過程中已出現(xiàn)不同程度的液壓系統(tǒng)及箱體故障，如各泵閥、油缸、電控等液壓系統(tǒng)故障，以及箱體部位開裂、推板脫落、軌道損壞、推頭破裂、翻轉(zhuǎn)架蓋板銹蝕變形等，現(xiàn)場需要及時進行修復(fù)，以保障項目正常運營。本項目需壓縮箱生產(chǎn)廠家或具有環(huán)衛(wèi)背景的二類汽車維修廠擁有專業(yè)的技術(shù)人員和工具，具備快速修復(fù)垃圾壓縮箱液壓及箱體故障的能力，能夠滿足垃圾清運項目現(xiàn)場對壓縮箱頻繁使用的要求。具體內(nèi)容詳見技術(shù)規(guī)范書。

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>1）平臺注冊、CA辦理：投標人在購買招標文件前須在深圳能源集團電子招標投標平臺完成注冊登記并審核通過，投標人要為注冊登記預(yù)留足夠的時間，由于投標人自身原因，截至招標文件發(fā)售時間尚未完成注冊登記審核，造成無法及時進行標書購買，后果由投標人自行承擔。投標人須在下載招標文件前完成數(shù)字證書（CA）的辦理，綁定CA后方可下載招標文件。投標人要為辦理CA預(yù)留足夠的時間，由于投標人自身原因造成無法投標的，由投標人承擔責任。
