招標(biāo)范圍：招標(biāo)范圍： Tendering scope: Udon South項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)獲得土地使用權(quán)和采礦牌照，具備工程設(shè)計(jì)的基本條件。由于德國(guó)EGB編制的可行性研究報(bào)告距今已有13年時(shí)間，井采鉀鹽礦開(kāi)發(fā)的技術(shù)、設(shè)備、材料、工藝、物價(jià)都發(fā)生了較大變化，因此在Udon South項(xiàng)目2012年EGB可行性研究報(bào)告基礎(chǔ)上，開(kāi)展可行性研究更新是必要的。同時(shí)，按照中國(guó)及國(guó)投集團(tuán)對(duì)大型礦山項(xiàng)目基本建設(shè)程序管理規(guī)定，需開(kāi)展項(xiàng)目初步設(shè)計(jì)工作。根據(jù)前期溝通，APPC決定將Udon South項(xiàng)目可行性研究更新與初步設(shè)計(jì)工作分為“加工廠及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施工程可行性研究更新與初步設(shè)計(jì)”和“礦山工程可行性研究更新與初步設(shè)計(jì)”兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行招標(biāo)。 The Udon South project has obtained the land use right and mining license, and has the basic conditions for engineering design.
